The method
Define. Measure. Analyze. Improve. Control.
DMAIC is the engine inside every Six Sigma project — a disciplined, data-driven route from “something’s wrong” to “fixed, and it stays fixed.” Every program teaches it by doing it.
Define
Frame the problem and what matters to the customer.
Measure
Establish the baseline with data you can trust.
Analyze
Find and verify the true root causes.
Improve
Design, pilot and implement the fix.
Control
Lock in the gains so they hold for good.
Who these belts are for
Built for people with real jobs.
The analyst who wants a seat at the table
An operations analyst takes Green Belt to move from reporting problems to fixing them — leaving with a completed simulated DMAIC project they can walk through in any interview.
Green Belt
The manager building credibility fast
A new team lead takes White Belt over a weekend to speak the language of quality with confidence — and to know exactly what their Six Sigma colleagues are actually doing.
White Belt
The practitioner stepping up to lead
An experienced project leader takes Black Belt for the advanced statistics and coaching skills that turn one good project into an entire improvement program.

Questions
Everything you’re wondering.
Are the courses really 100% online?
Yes — everything from enrollment to the proctored exam happens online. There are no in-person requirements, no scheduled classes, and no deadlines. You study when it suits you.
Which belt should I start with?
If you’re new to process improvement, White Belt is completely free and gives you a real credential in about six hours, and Yellow Belt adds a practical toolkit for working on project teams. If you want a credential that qualifies you to lead projects, go straight to Green Belt — it includes all the foundations. Black Belt is for experienced practitioners ready for advanced statistics and program leadership.
How does the LinkedIn certification work?
When you pass your exam, your dashboard shows an “Add to LinkedIn” button. One click opens LinkedIn with the certification pre-filled — name, issuing organization, issue date and credential ID — so it appears in the Licenses & Certifications section of your profile.
Is there a deadline to finish?
No. Access never expires, and that includes future updates to the material. Most students finish White Belt in days and Green Belt in four to eight weeks, but the pace is entirely yours.
What if it’s not for me?
Every program comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’ve completed less than a quarter of the course, we’ll refund you in full — no questions, no hoops.
